Can I cancel a request?


Yes. You can cancel a request if the provider hasn’t begun work on your project. For a fixed-fee request, you can cancel any time before you authorize payment. For an hourly request, you can cancel any time before you accept a quote. If you cancel, neither the provider’s fee nor our processing charge will be billed to your credit card or PayPal account.
