What if I submit a request but don't hear back?


When you submit a new request you should hear back from the provider within a few days and most providers will respond sooner. If the provider doesn’t accept or decline your suggested project within a short time, please send a message to support@genlighten.com so that we can follow up. Occasionally providers don’t realize they have a pending request because the notification email went to a spam folder.

Once a project is in progress, you should receive notification emails every step of the way. If it seems like you should have heard something but haven’t, log into the site to check for updates on the project tracking page. Also, feel free to message the provider for a quick status updates.
