If you get an error message when you try to transfer your Genlighten account balance to your PayPal account, it’s likely you haven’t updated your contact information.
Here’s what to do:
1) Log into Genlighten.
2) Click on “Settings” under “Your Account” on your provider dashboard.
3) Make sure the required address fields are filled in.
Once you’ve done that, the transfer should proceed smoothly. If that doesn’t solve the problem, please email email@example.com.
