$12 per document (provide me with film number, page number, etc ).
This rate is for the digitization of one record. To order four or more similar records, you may hire me at $25 per hour and will cost less overall.
My client agreement to you is whether I find documents or not, it is understood that time leading to negative findings are also charged.
