Description
I will locate the patent record for any parcel of land patented in the colony or state of Maryland. Patent records may consist of warrants, surveys, or final patents. I can search by the name of the land tract or the name of the patentee. I will provide copies of any records located. Some of the records are extremely old and worn, so the image quality may vary depending on the quality and availability of microfilm. Please provide the county where the land lie, the approximate date of patent (if known), and either the name of the land tract or the name of the land owner.
