Description
Minnesota required civil registration of births beginning in 1840. Records are available from 1840-2002. These records are housed in the Minnesota Historical Center located in St. Paul, Minnesota and I do research there every Tuesday. Involved in the research for birth records include looking through state indexes, then finding appropriate microfilm, making a copy of record, then scanning the record to be sent to client via Genlighten.
