Can check index for marriage within 5 year range and if found, provide information on obtaining a copy. California recently enacted strict access to these records so I can not view the record itself.
Only authorized family members and others may obtain a full copy of the marriage record (informational copies may have some items crossed out, such as mother’s maiden name).
Note:The above marriage indexes are located in the Monterey County Recorder’s office in Salinas, California.
