FAQ for this lookup

Hi Jen: I'm actually new to Genlighten myself. As I understand it, you can send me the information either through this board or via email. As far as payment, I'm a little shaky on the process so got this from the web site: •Once the provider successfully uploads the document you ordered to the site, your card/account is charged the "Document Found" fee plus our processing charge. If your original order included multiple lookups, you'll be charged individually for them, one by one, as the respective providers complete them. •If the provider does not find the document you ordered, they will upload a "Not Found Report" to the site. Once they do this, your card/account is charged the "Not Found" fee plus our (typically reduced) processing charge. Once I have your document/information, I'll upload it to you via the Genlighten website, through your home page. Once you've got it, the payment is processed and held in escrow for something like seven days or so. I hope that answers your questions. Just as an FYI, my turnaround time is usually 5-7 days, based on the request and availability of the information. Thanks again! Chris
Jen, That really is an awful story about Nellie and her mother. Think I'm all set; I'll get started on this. Thanks again, Chris
