You must provide specific name and date of death for the person you are looking for, as searching through newspapers can be very time consuming. If you have a special case, please ask and I can see what I can do to help you. I will search for the obituaries in the Milwaukee Sentinel (prior to the JS) and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (1910-present). If you have good indication that your ancestor may be in one of the German papers (i.e. the Seebote// Herold), I have experience looking in those papers and would be willing to check those as well. Additionally, Milwaukee-based papers often include obituaries of residents of outlying towns, also. I can provide either paper or electronic copies of the obituary.
Fee if I find the record you requested: $5.00
Fee if I don’t find the record after a thorough search: $3.00
Please provide specific details such as name, date, and location for the person you are looking for. Please specify whether you would like a paper or digital copy of the record(s).
