It will contain the history of this parcel of land which will include the names of all of the buyers and sellers of this property from 1871-1985 and the dates that it changed ownership. It will also include information on whether this property was ever involved in a lawsuit. I typically go to the city two times a month, therefore the turnaround should be no more than two weeks for a digital photocopy of the tract book page.
