For the last nine years, I have conducted genealogy research backgrounded by 35 years of academic research as a journalism university professor. As an undergraduate history major, I bring historic/cultural research skills to genealogical investigations. In 2015, I launched American Dream Genealogy and Research in Little Rock, Arkansas, the state capital that features key vital records and research repositories as well as the Clinton Presidential Library. Much of my research has focused on helping clients with Swedish immigrants and their families (such as those who settled in Chicago, San Francisco, Massachusetts, and New York). I enjoy work as a proofreader for the National Genealogical Society Magazine.
