This task was the first one that Robert has completed for me. It won't be the last. Robert did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. I was very pleased with the job he did and the manner in which he completed the task. |

Robert provided lots of information so that I was able to ask him to do a targeted search. And while Robert didn't find anything, sometimes knowing something isn't there is as important as finding a record. I'm already formulating my next question/search for Robert.
