Payment | Payment is due in advance of research. Because genealogy research is paid by the time expended and not results, refunds are only given if I fail to complete the work. |
Delivery | All records are delivered as digital images. If paper copies are requested, there is an additional fee. For extended research, a summary report will also be provided detailing my findings. |
