Why do I need to confirm my email address?

When you register for Genlighten, we’ll send a quick email asking you to click a confirmation link. Clicking the confirmation link lets us know that our site-generated emails will reach you—this is the key to research projects proceeding smoothly—and it lets you know that you can receive site-generated email from us.

If you don’t find the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please email support@genlighten.com.

You won’t be able to message providers or pay for projects until your email is confirmed.

We will only use your email address to contact you about projects that you have in progress and/or to send you any emails you have opted to receive. (Account > Email Preferences) We won’t spam you and we won’t sell or share your address.
