How will I know if I've received a message?

Whenever a client sends you a message or submits a project request through Genlighten, the site automatically sends a notification email to the address you have on file.

Usually, those emails are delivered with no problem. Occasionally they get caught up in spam filters or blocked by email hosts.

One thing you can do to help our notification emails get through is to add system@genlighten.com to your list of contacts and make sure to keep your email address current on our site.

If we get word that one of our emails to you has been blocked, we'll do our best to contact you with an email sent through Gmail from our Genlighten account. Usually those messages get through with no problem.
