Research Services

Research Approach
We will first define your goals, analyze the issues, and develop a research plan. This can vary depending on the nature of your research project and the amount of previous research done. Simple tasks, such as performing a record search or evaluating a lineage, may take less time than developing a genealogy from the beginning.

Results
A report will identify all sources searched, including negative and positive results; suggestions for further research will be given.

Guarantee
As professional genealogists we cannot guarantee that we will find the specific information you need. For example if a census taker missed your great-grandfather house, we will not be able to find his name in the census. If the Archives is missing a Criminal Court Docket for period of 1866 in Baltimore County we will not be able to include it in our findings. We will look at all known sources or only ones you specify.

I am a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Several years ago, I decided to work on an additional Patriot to add to my family. After stumbling several times and encountering numerous roadblocks, I found Mr. Zimmerman to assist me with my research. I found Mr. Zimmerman to be prompt, thorough and precise. His documentation was excellent (and DAR can be very fussy with its process of proving data) and I was able to submit my additional Patriot. He was approved without further questions.

I contacted Kenneth to help me with some research into a family member that was from Baltimore. I appreciate the communication and working with him to set up a reasonable scope of work and deliverables. He delivered exactly what he said he would. I am very grateful for the help and would recommend him to anyone needing research services.
