He's always done great work for me at NARA, getting results typically within 1 week. This time I asked for a new record type we have not worked on before, so I was a little confused and we used a different part of the site to process it which caused minor confusion. He had to be patient with me asking extra questions this time. However, I'm satisfied and will hire him again whenever possible.
